For all enquiries; orders, shipping, product questions, returns, wholesale - please contact us via the Contact page on our website.

To help us reply faster, please include:

  • Your order number (if you have one)

  • The item(s) you ordered (or want to order)

  • Your delivery address (especially for international quotes)

  • Photos (for faults or damage)

Orders & confirmations

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder first—then contact us and we’ll resend the details.

Shipping & delivery

  • New Zealand and Australia: We ship NZ-wide. Tracking is emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • International: We ship internationally and provide accurate shipping quotes on request. Send us your address and what you’d like to purchase.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If tracking hasn’t arrived or looks stuck, contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

Returns & refunds

  • Faulty items: If an item is faulty or not as described, you’re covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ). We’ll provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

  • Change of mind: Considered case-by-case. If approved, items must be unused/clean, in original condition/ packaging, and returned securely packaged. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility. In some cases we may offer store credit.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as within 48hrs with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Wholesale

Retailers can contact us via our contact page. Please include your store name, location, website, key contact person, email address and contact number.

Please note, stockists must not be located  within 1km of another stockist.
